1. I paid for the games but did not get a username and password yet. How long does it take?
   You should be redirected immediately after purchase to a place where you can create your account information. If you are not redirected to this page, or if you get an error on this page, please contact our customer service. You will need to email us your name, sales or transaction ID # from your receipt and the username and password you wish to use.
   
    
2. After I log in I am taken to a blank screen. How do I access the games?
   If you purchase the full package and get a blank screen upon logging in, please go directly to http://www.printableshowergames.com/printgames/ after you log in. It may ask for your log in information again. If you purchased a single game and get a blank screen, please contact customer service with your name, sales or transaction ID # from your receipt and the name of the games you purchased.
   
   
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners cards at the moment, as well as Paypal for the full games package. We plan to make Paypal available for purchasing individual games very soon as well.
   
    
4. Is my payment secure?
   Yes. We use 2checkout as our payment processor, and they are guaranteed secure.
   
   
5. How do I print out the games?
   First, make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on the computer you are printing from. This can be downloaded for free here. Depending on your browser, clicking on the games links will either open up adobe in your browser or will open it in a new window. Once it is opened you should see a Print button in the toolbar that you can click to print the page. You can also click File > Print from your browser window.
   
    
6. Will you share my information/email address with anyone?
   At no time will we EVER share any of your information with anyone. Email addresses, names and anything else you may provide are strictly confidential.
   
    
7.  How long does my membership last?
   You membership ends exactly 60 days after the date of purchase for single games and one full year (365 days) after the date of purchase for the full games package.
   
    
8. Will my membership automatically renew after its expired?
   No. If you wish to continue your membership you will need to purchase the product again after 60 days.
   
    
9. I only want one game, do I have to buy the whole package?
   No! We offer all of our games individually for $2.99 each. We also offer a poems only package for $4.99.
   
    
10. If purchase a membership now, and new things are added, will I be able to access them?
    Any new games we add will be available to all members.
    
     
11. I have lost my username/password, how can I retrieve it?
     Please go to the Lost Passwords Page and use the Lost Password retrieval forms.
